More than a frame for the moments that matter.

Story Frames combine a favourite photograph with the layered, dimensional wood art Creative Hearts is known for.

Each design is made up of individually cut, painted and assembled wooden pieces, creating a keepsake that's just as special as the photo it holds. Choose from available designs and personalize your piece with names, dates or other details. Some designs can also be adapted with small changes to make them a little more your own.

Handmade from start to finish. Made to hold a memory.
